We are thrilled to welcome Susie to our team at Integratis Consulting. An experienced, commercially astute leader with over 20 years of experience in the leisure sector, Susie has made significant strides in strategy, cultural transformation, and customer experience excellence.
She has a track record of delivering operational excellence and customer satisfaction across multi-site organizations. With achievements such as increasing child participation by over 100% at David Lloyd Leisure and crafting a successful Covid bounce back strategy, Susie has continuously showcased her ability to identify opportunities to drive impact and excite customers.
