Who We are

The Team

Neil Ross

Neil is a Leadership and Change Management professional, qualified with an MBA, a postgraduate diploma in Corporate Governance, a degree in Community Sports Management and is also a qualified and practising PRINCE 2 Project Manager.  He possesses an excellent track gained over 25 years of leading, managing and developing organisations in the public, private and 3rd sectors.

In that time, he has developed expertise across a broad spectrum of areas including strategy and policy development, community and stakeholder engagement, business planning and governance, financial management and commercial business development.

Susie Malcolm 

We’re thrilled to welcome Susie Malcolm, an experienced Senior Management executive, to our team at Integratis Consulting. With a distinguished career in the leisure sector, Susie brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise in operational excellence, strategic vision, and transformational change management. Her achievements include notably increasing child participation at David Lloyd Leisure by over 100% and implementing a successful Covid bounce back strategy.

Susie has held several strategic roles in her career, most recently as an Interim Project Management Consultant at Kyowa Kirin and Interim Operations Director at The Lens, a Scottish charity. Prior to that, she was Head of Families at David Lloyd Leisure, where she developed and executed a group-wide strategy for children and families across 120 sites throughout Europe.

With a BSc (Hons) 2:1 in Sport & Exercise Science with Leisure Management, and as a certified Prince2 Practitioner, Susie’s strong academic background complements her practical skills. We’re confident that Susie’s commitment to customer excellence and hands-on leadership will greatly benefit Integratis Consulting and our clients. Welcome aboard, Susie!

Graeme Atkinson

Graeme is an experienced Customer Services and Business Change professional with 25 years of experience leading operations and managing events. He has extensive experience in data mining and modelling performance data, designing coding structures for point of sale systems, and extract and reporting routines for a wide variety of systems.
